PT Safety Training Solusindo was established in 2009 by a group of professional engineers, safety practitioners, and human resources managers.

We provide a wide range of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training courses, consultancy services, safety engineering management systems, and aquatic (water) safety & rescue training programs for the oil and gas industry as well as other sectors.

Our programs cover subjects such as Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (T-BOSIET), mining, manufacturing operations, and other industries with potential general and aquatic environmental hazards. We also provide consultancy services for both oil and gas and non-oil and gas industries.

PT Safety Training Solusindo & Consultancy Services is a licensed and registered OSH Service Provider under the Indonesia Directorate of Manpower and Transmigration (PJK3), Registration No. KEP.018/DJPPK/III/2011, and the Directorate of Oil and Gas, No. 0504/SKT-02/DJM.T/2012. Our company is also an Associate Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM), Member of the British Safety Council (BSC), Member of the Indonesian Association of Occupational Safety and Health Training Institutions (ALPK3), and Member of the Indonesian Association of Occupational Safety and Health Experts (A2K3).

Our experienced instructors design customized training programs tailored to the needs of specific industries. In-house training is also available and can be delivered in English, Bahasa Indonesia, or both.

To ensure the highest training quality, STS utilizes world-class facilities and equipment, including the Indonesian Marine Corps (MARINIR) Olympic swimming pool for BOSIET & Water Rescue Training, the Indonesian Air Force Health Institute’s Modular Egress Training Simulator (METS) for HUET, the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration (Kemnaker) facilities for Crane, Rigging, and Scaffolding, and the Indonesian Fire Department Training Center (PUSDIKLATKAR) for Advanced Fire Fighting Training.

For participant safety, all our staff are certified in First Aid & CPR, with medical doctors or paramedics always present on-site to respond to emergencies.
