Starting from December 3, 2025, the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia through the TemanK3 application officially launched digital issuances for all Occupational Safety and Health (K3) service documents.

Documents issued digitally

• K3 Certificate
• Statement Letter (SuKet)
• Appointment Decree (SKP)
• K3 License (SIO)

These digital documents are legally valid and hold the same legal force as physical documents. Companies and K3 personnel no longer need to rely on paper files for administration, audits, or tender requirements.

How to access your Digital K3 Certificate

Training participants can obtain their digital certificate through official Training Institutions / PJK3 registered in TemanK3, or via Company HRD if the training was funded by the company.

Tips to verify the authenticity of your K3 certificate

• Scan the barcode on your certificate and ensure the link directs to the official TemanK3 application
• Check via the TemanK3 website using the E-Personnel service by entering your name & date of birth
• If data is not found, confirm with your PJK3 or email Kemnaker at layanank3@kemnaker.go.id
